UPDATE (New Rules):
1) One over will be deducted from a team's alloted
20 overs for every number of 5 minutes segments or part of five minutes
segments thereof that a team is late e.g. if a team is 12 minutes late
then 3 overs will be deducted. The opposing team will bat their full
complement of 20 overs.
If both teams are late then the number of overs for both teams will
be reduced using the same formula - i.e. the game will then be less
than 20 overs.
2) Winning Captains to send in score sheets by the first Wednesday after
the game.
