- Official launch of CHHC
- Acquire facilities that will serve as head quarters for the Organization
- Define the mandate for each portfolio and assign leadership roles
- Develop short term (1 year) and long term strategic plans (5 years)
- Develop budget
- Develop fundraising strategies
- Establish Advisory Board
- Develop staffing and overall resource plan
- Develop operations plan to support goals and objectives
- Implement operations plan
- Establish relations with the relevant government and community agencies
- Expand the Cultural program activities to other areas of Ontario and increase the student compliment by 40%
- Launch full scale social programs
- Expand sport programs to include other Hindu Communities and create sports league
- Explore the possibilities and define the requirements that are required to establish a Hindu Credit Union
- Establish ongoing programs on Television and Radio to propagate the goals and objectives of the Organization
- Develop and launch a website
- Establish Grade School and Early Childhood Education Programs
- Launch full-scale Health Care Programs focussed on eradicating obesity and promoting healthy lifestyle
- Engage youths in meaningful activities that will support the needy community and develop their people and professional skills.
